The concept of voter participation, legitimacy of the elections, and the campaign financing can be understood from the perception of the inhabitants of the United States. It has been noticed that the socioeconomic factors have played important roles in the procedure of the voter participation. It can be stated that following the voting process it will be really perfect for voicing the social changes (Norris 2014). The local provincial, state level often provides the finance for the elections.
